How do I care for my KREYA handbag?

SHIPPING & RETURNS

How long does it take for orders to ship?

Currently, shipments are dispatched within 2-3 business days of your order being placed. 

If you have purchased expedited shipping please see below:

  • Ordered before 2 PM, you order will be dispatched the next day
  • Ordered after 2 PM, it will be treated as being placed the next day, and will be dispatched by the following day

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship only within the United States and 29 other countries. If you don't see your country at check out, please send us a note and we can add it on our list of considerations. 

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

If you have qualified for free shipping, your order will be shipped via GROUND. Depending on your location, please expect 5-7 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep. 

If you have purchased expedited shipping, your order will arrive based on the type of shipping you have purchased. 

Please note that any FedEx/USPS/UPS delays are out of our control. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to the nature of International shipping, please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and any and all duties and taxes owed to their home country. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team. When you check-out and confirm payment, you are agreeing to be responsible for shipping, customs & duties in order to receive your purchase.

International orders can take between 10-15 business days depending on the distance from the U.S. and carrier timings.

Can I cancel my order?

If for some reason you've changed your mind, please immediately reach out to our Customer Service team at customerservice@shopkreya.com. As long as your order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel. Otherwise, we will need to treat it as a return.

How do I return my KREYA purchase?

You have 7 days within date of receipt to reach out to Customer Service to request a return. Customer Service will provide a shipping label via email for you to print and a return number for you to put on the outside of the package. We expect all returns to be in their original packaging when shipped back to us. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to determine if a refund is applicable and will then refund to the original payment method. Please note it can take 5-10 business days for payment to be credited back to you. 

Please note that we will not accept any product that has been used by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

You have 7 days within date of receipt to reach out to Customer Service to request a return. However, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping services

We expect all returns to be in their original packaging when shipped back to us. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to determine if a refund is applicable and will then refund to the original payment method. Please note it can take 5-10 business days for payment to be credited back to you.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will gladly help you open a case with the carrier and assist in the retrieval process.
